Lift the hull from the frame and place on a flat surface. Folding tables keep the skin at good working height. Note that the skin has retaining it's shape without an internal structure. This is possible because the keel / stems are held firmly in place because the stems were glued and clamped in an earlier step as seen above. The tape that was placed along the keel line earlier now serves to keep the keel aligned properly. The tape that held the sleeves and stems to the skinning frame is now ready to be removed.
