1. Trim stem sections ( 2ea. per bow and stern) to 1in (2.5cm) wide. Apply 2 coats of Vinyl cement and allow to dry completely.
2. Overlap the stem sections. Hold in place with tape. Apply heat to reactivate cement. Apply hand pressure to achieve a strong bond.
3. Apply a small patch, 1 X 2in ( 2.5 X 5cm), if needed, at the beginning of the overlap to seal this area.
